We source emerging and mid-career artists across painting, sculpture, textiles, ceramics, and photography, then manage the details required to bring the work into the space.

That may include artist research, custom commissions, client-facing presentations, framing, delivery, and installation coordination.

INTRO CALL

Share the project scope, client brief, budget, and timeline. We’ll talk through what you need and make sure LOTA is the right fit.

DISCOVERY

You share floor plans, design boards, dimensions, and any relevant client context.

Together, we clarify scale, palette, placement, and what the art needs to do in the space.

CURATION

We develop a custom shortlist with artwork details, artist context, pricing, and recommendations for placement and framing.

You can present the work directly to your client, or bring us into the conversation.

INSTALL

Once the work is selected, we coordinate with the artist or gallery and manage the details through framing, delivery, and installation.

We can work with your preferred vendors or bring in ours.
